  • We do not offer cash refunds. All approved refunds are issued in the form of a BeSleek Gift Card, which can be redeemed for any product on our website and has no expiration date.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Current Coverage: We currently serve Karachi only.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary based on courier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service issues, weather, or public holidays.

  • All content on the BeSleek Pakistan website, including logos, images, graphics, and product designs, is our exclusive property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
