BeSleek Pakistan – Shipping & Return Policy

At BeSleek Pakistan, we take pride in the quality of our footwear and strive to ensure every customer has a premium experience. Please review our policy below regarding shipping and returns.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Areas

  • Current Service Area: We are currently serving Karachi only.

  • Expansion Plans: We are working hard to grow! We plan to expand our shipping services to other cities across Pakistan once we hit our first 100 successful orders.

  • Stay Updated: If you are outside of Karachi and love our collection, please follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch nationwide shipping.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery status in real-time.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We prioritize quality assurance. Please note that all products are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our standards.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Requests must be made within [1-3] days of delivery.

    • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

    • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items received.

    • Change of mind is not eligible for returns or refunds.

    • Items purchased during a sale or at a discount are final and non-returnable.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us at besleekpakistan@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 346 3692297 with your order number and photos of the issue.

    2. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our facility.

    3. Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued in the form of a BeSleek Gift Card, which can be used for any future purchase on our website.

    • Gift cards have no expiration date.

5. Undelivered Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will reach out to arrange a re-dispatch. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for the second delivery attempt.
