1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Areas & Delivery Time

  • Current Service Area: We are currently serving Karachi only.

  • Delivery Time: Local delivery within Karachi takes 2–4 business days.

  • Expansion Notice: We are excited to announce that we will begin nationwide shipping once we complete our first 100 orders! Stay tuned for updates on our social media channels.

  • Note: Unexpected delays due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or public holidays may occasionally affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

  • We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.

  • In case of any exchange or replacement, the delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your package in real-time.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

  • If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order, they may be blocked from future purchases.

We currently partner with professional local courier services to ensure your footwear reaches you safely within Karachi.
