BeSleek Pakistan – Shipping Policy

At BeSleek Pakistan, we are committed to providing a reliable shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Areas & Delivery Time

Current Service Area: We are currently serving Karachi only.
Delivery Time: Local delivery within Karachi takes 2–4 business days.
Expansion Notice: We are excited to announce that we will begin nationwide shipping once we complete our first 100 orders! Stay tuned for updates on our social media channels.
Note: Unexpected delays due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or public holidays may occasionally affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.
In case of any exchange or replacement, the delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your package in real-time.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order, they may be blocked from future purchases.
